Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the financial and resource planning for the ASPIRE RDT workstream within Roche’s ERP transformation. You partner with the ASPIRE finance network to ensure budgets, approvals and reporting are reliable for decision-making. You own day-to-day planning, procurement approvals and benefits tracking for the program. You operate at the crossroads of ASPIRE and RDT ERP to enable a harmonised SAP-based backbone.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Govern ASPIRE RDT costs in line with financial targets
• Approve purchase orders and direct invoices (myBuy, Fieldglass) and manage PO lifecycle
• Act as ASPIRE Airtable planning partner; review and approve resource requests
• Plan, forecast and report budgets and forecasts with ASPIRE finance partner
• Maintain and report ASPIRE RDT benefits and SAP cost reductions
• Support resource planning with cPMO and ASPIRE finance network




• Maintain financial documentation compliant with COREMAP and Roche policies
• Collaborate with ERP leaders, cPMO and finance partners as the go-to person for ASPIRE RDT portfolio
• Ensure governance and documentation across the ASPIRE RDT budget and resources

Responsabilidades
• Degree in IT/Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field
• 8+ years IT finance, project or program controlling or financial management
• Experience providing transparency for large, multi-year transformation programs or IT portfolios
• Pharmaceutical/biotech/regulated healthcare experience is a plus
