Overview

In this role you will coordinate the Flight Line and Delivery Centre activities at TASL Vadodara as Airbus’s operations representative for the Make in India C295 project. You will lead an operational resident team and align with TASL, suppliers, and other Airbus stakeholders to ensure on-time, quality delivery of aircraft. You will drive a common production vision and ensure adherence to Airbus standards in a high-pressure, cross-functional setting. This position offers the chance to shape a landmark industrial partnership and contribute to India’s aerospace ecosystem through hands-on leadership and process optimization.

Responsabilidades

- Lead and coordinate the FL&DC; operational team at TASL, ensuring proper execution of activities and collaboration with TASL.
- Drive escalation management with suppliers, DC, program, and customers to resolve issues.
- Participate in escalation forums and align production activities with the production plan and targets.




- Oversee delivery process as Airbus operations representative and coordinate with stakeholders to smooth production flow.
- Provide production follow-up with KPIs defined with TASL and monitor quality and cost targets.
- Support the customer acceptance process and interaction with final customers during delivery.
- Coordinate Airbus subcontractors and internal departments (Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, MRB, etc.) for seamless operations.
- Promote FOD prevention, health and safety adherence, and ethics/compliance across TASL procedures.
- Lead a high-performance team capable of handling complex technical challenges and working under pressure.
