In this role you help hoteliers unlock pricing value by selling DR+ through consultative, data-driven conversations. You are a domain expert in hotel revenue management who educates customers on how DR+ enhances pricing and yield. You own the end-to-end sales cycle for existing SiteMinder customers and collaborate cross-functionally to refine the GTM strategy. Responsabilidades
- Consultative upselling to existing customers via in-depth discussions
- Lead data-driven product demonstrations highlighting ROI and yield improvement
- Educate hoteliers on DR+ integration with commercial strategy




- Own end-to-end sales cycle from qualification to contract closure and activation handoff
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly DR+ upsell targets
- Maintain CRM records (Salesforce) for forecasting and pipeline health
- Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager, Customer Success, and Marketing to refine GTM messaging

Requisitos principales
- Strong background in operational hotel revenue management
- Interest in transitioning to a high-growth SaaS sales environment
- Clear communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluency in German
- Experience in inside sales, account management, or commercially-focused B2B roles preferred or strong willingness to learn
