Overview

In this role you drive growth-focused supply operations for Preply Business and non-language subjects. You’ll align cross-functional plans, manage day-to-day supply and escalation gaps, and shape scalable tutor programs. You’ll strengthen the tutor lifecycle, quality standards, and supply metrics to ensure liquidity and coverage at global scale. With AI-enabled improvements, you’ll help transform how tutors are discovered, matched, and supported, delivering impact for learners and partners.

Responsabilidades
- Lead supply workstreams for priority growth areas, focusing on tutor coverage, liquidity, and lifecycle readiness for Preply Business and Expansion
- Represent Supply in cross-functional planning to shape priorities, sequencing, and launches
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for supply queries and edge cases, escalating decisions as needed
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear plans and drive execution from diagnosis to rollout with Product, Data, Growth, RevOps and other teams
- Identify supply gaps and implement fixes (e.g., NLS tutor drop-off, B2B tutor satisfaction)
- Strengthen end-to-end tutor lifecycle from onboarding to discoverability and matching
- Upgrade tutor quality standards and guardrails for B2B and NLS fairness




- Define success metrics and build dashboards for supply health with Data (liquidity, coverage, funnel health, CSAT)
- Propose opportunities by testing practical approaches, including AI-enabled improvements

Requisitos principales
- 4-6+ years of experience in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces or high-growth tech roles
- Project leadership with cross-functional rollout experience and tangible outcomes
- Structured problem solving to break down complex topics into goals and actions
- Program management across multiple workstreams with dependency management
- Stakeholder management with commercial, product and data partners; ability to set boundaries and justify trade-offs
- Data-driven approach—size opportunities, define KPIs, translate insights into actions
- Ownership mindset with autonomous work style and proactive issue resolution
- Operational excellence—design processes and guardrails ensuring quality and reliability
- AI fluency and willingness to automate and improve processes with AI
- Clear communication skills for written and verbal updates and stakeholder discussions
- Comfort with ambiguity, speed, and maintaining quality
