Overview

As a Senior Technical Architect in Salesforce Professional Services Iberia, you drive end-to-end architecture for complex Life Sciences programs across multiple clouds. You partner with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders to set technical direction and ensure compliance in regulated environments. You’ll shape coexistence and migration strategies with Veeva systems and lead the Iberia architecture community. This role blends hands-on design, governance, and coaching to elevate delivery at enterprise scale.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end solution architecture for large, multi-cloud Life Sciences programs from discovery to go-live and hypercare
- Define target-state architectures for Life Sciences Cloud components and Veeva coexistence/migration scenarios
- Set and govern architecture standards, lead architecture review boards, and make critical design decisions
- Identify and mitigate technical risk early; serve as final escalation point for technical issues
- Ensure designs meet regulatory/compliance requirements (GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR)
- Design enterprise integration architectures between Salesforce and life sciences landscape (Veeva, MDM, ERP, data warehouses, marketing automation)
- Define event-driven and API-led patterns; lead middleware strategy (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, iPaaS)
- Architect data models and large-scale data migrations; design Data Cloud and Agentforce solutions
- Review and guide code quality (Apex, LWC) and perform hands-on work in Python/JavaScript for tooling
- Define environment, CI/CD and release strategies (Git, DevOps Center) for large programs
- Act as trusted technical advisor to customer IT leadership; translate strategy and regulatory constraints into architecture roadmaps




- Lead technical discovery and design workshops; produce architecture artifacts (solution/data/integration/security)
- Partner with Sales/pre-sales on shaping, estimating, and de-risking Life Sciences opportunities and SOWs
- Represent Salesforce Professional Services in executive discussions and customer events
- Mentor and coach Technical Architects and Consultants; build a library of assets and accelerators
- Promote AI tooling adoption in delivery and maintain relevant certifications
- Lead internal tech club sessions, demos, and knowledge sharing

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience in consulting or professional services
- 3+ years in an architect role leading technical design of large, multi-cloud programs
- Proven Life Sciences experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud/Health Cloud and/or Veeva Systems
- Deep understanding of Life Sciences commercial/medical processes (HCP/HCO, omnichannel, consent, MLR)
- Strong knowledge of industry regulation/compliance (GxP, CSV, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR)
- Solid engineering background (Apex, LWC, REST/SOAP) and proficiency in Python/JavaScript
- Expertise in integration and data architecture (MuleSoft or iPaaS, MDM, data migration, SQL/SOQL, JSON/XML)
- Experience leading customer-facing architecture at senior IT level and mentoring others
- Practical use of AI tools for design and productivity
- Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus
- Salesforce certifications: Application/System Architect; Cloud Consultant certifications; CTA valued
- Experience with Veeva and Agentforce-related use cases a plus
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps at scale; familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, etc.) a plus
- Curiosity about LLM APIs and AI-augmented solutions
