In this role, you will build and lead the Talent House for Glovo worldwide, acting as advisor and gatekeeper to raise hiring standards. You’ll partner with hiring managers, shape regional recruiting strategies, and optimize the recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate and manager experience. Your work will directly impact Glovo’s talent quality across WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, and Africa, supporting rapid growth and a strong employer brand. This is an opportunity to influence talent strategy in a fast-paced, mission-driven tech company.

Responsabilidades
- Manage end-to-end recruiting across regions and leadership roles
- Develop deep understanding of regional talent markets and tailor sourcing strategies
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and regional legal requirements
- Coach hiring managers on time-to-fill, market mapping, and candidate engagement




- Improve programs with innovative talent strategies and measure outcomes via ATS dashboards
- Support employer branding through networking events and e-meetups
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and identify future opportunities for fit
- Utilize data and reports to illustrate recruiting pipeline and results

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of experience recruiting leadership profiles/exec search in fast-paced environments
- Strong collaboration with hiring managers and business leaders to influence decisions
- Experience with international roles and regional market knowledge (WE, IT-SEE, PLECA, Africa)
- Market research and talent insights capability with varied sourcing abilities
- Solid understanding of Glovo’s vision, business model, and operations
- Excellent networking and partnership-building skills
