NTT DATA in the Madrid region is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide remote technical support to clients, identify and resolve incidents, and drive incidents toward effective resolution to meet SLA targets.

The role focuses on monitoring service delivery, using service assurance tools, and coordinating with users, staff and suppliers to ensure timely problem resolution and proper documentation.
