Overview

In this role you will support financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions, helping clients maximise deal value through data-driven insights. You’ll work within PwC’s Deals Transaction Services to analyse key value drivers, challenge financial assumptions, and leverage analytics tools. The position involves collaborating with international clients and teams to accelerate mergers, acquisitions, and financings. English fluency and strong analytical skills underpin day-to-day work.

Responsabilidades

- Conduct financial due diligence projects for acquirers or vendors
- Analyze historical data and projections to test key value drivers
- Leverage Data & Analytics tools to identify main financial and business issues
- Support price adjustment definitions and analyses for deals
- Collaborate with buy-side and sell-side teams to provide insights to clients

Requisitos principales
- Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering
- 2-3 years of experience in transaction services or audit
- Fluent in English
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
