Overview

As a Workday Digital Product Owner for Time, you’ll drive the full lifecycle of Time Tracking solutions across Sanofi’s global footprint. You will work within Digital People Services to deliver reliable, compliant platforms that support tens of thousands of employees. You’ll influence cross-functional stakeholders and lead change across multi-country environments. This is a chance to shape how time and absence data flow into payroll and compliance, while partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, and IT.

Responsabilidades
- Own product decisions for Time Tracking applications, including budget planning and portfolio management
- Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking hands-on (time templates, calculations, advanced fields)
- Manage stakeholder relationships across HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams
- Oversee vendor partnerships with third-party time and attendance providers, including SLAs and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with local working time laws, labor regulations, and data privacy (GDPR)




- Lead change management for system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process transformations
- Drive operational excellence through incident management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement

Requisitos principales
- Experience in HR technology, time and attendance, or digital product management in multinational settings
- Workday Time Tracking certification (WD Pro) and Core HCM certification
- At least one full-cycle Time Tracking implementation project as a configuration consultant/SME
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and multi-country time-to-payroll data flows
- Tier 3 Support experience in Workday Time Tracking (minimum 1 year)
- Stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Finance, IT
- Familiarity with multi-country working time complexity and data privacy frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field; Workday Core HCM Admin and Time Tracking certifications required
- Strong English communication; French is a plus
