In this role you will lead Puig's global advertising procurement strategy, shaping how we invest in media and marketing services. You’ll align procurement with brand objectives across markets, driving value and cost transparency. You will manage relationships with global media agencies and key suppliers, ensuring compliant governance and high-performance partnerships. You will partner with Global Marketing, Brand, Finance and Legal to enable scalable, multi-market procurement. This role offers the chance to influence media value and ROI for a diverse premium portfolio and work in an entrepreneurial, creative environment.

Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement the general advertising procurement strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Establish frameworks, policies and best practices across markets and regions
- Lead procurement for media agencies, digital advertising, consumer engagement and related services
- Optimize advertising investments through sourcing, negotiation, benchmarking and cost transparency




- Manage strategic relationships with global media agencies and key suppliers
- Oversee supplier selection, contracting and performance evaluation processes
- Collaborate with Global Marketing, Brand teams, Media, Finance and Legal
- Identify opportunities for value creation, cost optimization and process improvement
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal governance standards
- Lead and develop the Marketing Procurement team across regions

Requisitos principales
- Over 12 years of strategic procurement experience, preferably in advertising/marketing services
- Experience managing on-site and remote teams across multiple markets
- Experience in international, multi-market environments within consumer, beauty, fashion, luxury or premium brands
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation and change management skills
- Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
- Bachelor or Master degree in related field
