Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner for assigned Business Areas, providing financial insight, performance management expertise and strategic support to drive profitable growth and informed decision-making.
The role partners closely with senior business leaders, helping them understand performance drivers, identify opportunities and risks, challenge assumptions and translate financial results into actionable business recommendations.
Reporting to the Head of Planning & Performance Management, the position plays a key role in business planning, forecasting, performance monitoring and strategic initiatives across the organization.
Business Partnering & Strategic Support
Partner with Business Area leaders to understand business performance, strategic priorities and emerging challenges.
Provide financial insight and constructive challenge to support decision-making.




Act as the primary Finance point of contact for assigned Business Areas and support functions.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Planning & Performance Management Insights
Lead performance analysis for assigned Business Areas, identifying the key financial and operational drivers behind results as well as improvement opportunities.
Coordinate annual planning, budgeting and forecasting activities with business leaders and monitor business performance against targets, highlighting risks, opportunities and emerging trends.
Deliver meaningful insights and recommendations to improve profitability, growth and business performance.
Develop clear and compelling executive narratives, management reports and presentations for CEO, CFO, ExCo and other senior leadership forums.
Actively contributes to key performance forums and business review processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance financial reporting, planning and performance management processes.
Drive improvements in data quality, reporting automation and analytical capabilities.
Promote data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and visualization tools.
Contribute to cross-functional transformation initiatives and Finance projects.
Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
Proven experience in Finance Business Partnering,



Financial Planning & Analysis, Controlling or Performance Management.
Experience in business stakeholders’ management.
Insurance industry knowledge is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Strong financial analysis and performance management capabilities.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting and business planning processes.
Strong understanding of profitability drivers and value creation.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools would be an asset.
Personal Capabilities
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to translate complex information into clear business messages and actionable recommendations.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
