We are currently looking to incorporate a Quality Manager to be part of the team and lead the organization's global quality strategy. If you have experience leading teams, managing demanding clients, and driving quality systems in complex industrial environments, this can be a great opportunity to continue growing professionally. We are looking for a Quality Officer with a strong track record in electronic manufacturing environments (EMS) and proven experience in highly regulated sectors such as Automotive (IATF 16949) and/or Aerospace (AS9100). The selected person will lead the organization's general quality strategy, ensuring compliance with our clients' standards, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. Customer Quality Repair and fault analysis Quality Management System (QMS) Be a key member of the management team, driving a culture of quality,



continuous improvement and operational excellence across the company. Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications or similar. Complementary training in Quality, Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement. Minimum 3 years in quality leadership positions. Experience in industrial or EMS environments. Management of multidisciplinary teams. Experience working with OEM customers and high-end projects. 8D and Root Cause Analysis ~ Audit Management ~ Supplier quality and continuous improvement ~ Strong verbal and written communication skills in Catalan, Spanish, and English.

Knowledge of SMT, PCBAs and electronic assembly Data-driven continuous improvement mindset.
