In this role you will design, build, and operate scalable backend services that process real financial transactions for 750,000+ SMEs. You join a mission-driven team, owning end-to-end reliability and architecture in a setup that blends product and platform work. You will mentor peers, drive improvements, and help raise quality through production monitoring and post-mortems. Responsabilidades
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain services handling real financial transactions with production reliability
- Co-own service architecture, resilience, and scalability using Domain-Driven Design principles
- Grow technical leadership by leading design discussions and mentoring engineers




- Drive continuous improvement through fixing flaky CI, post-mortems, and sharing learnings
- Contribute to discovery, make technical decisions, monitor production performance, and raise quality standards

Requisitos principales
- Strong backend engineering experience with large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints
- Ability to transfer to similar technologies and learn the stack quickly
- Quality-driven mindset with testing, monitoring, incident handling, and root cause analysis
- Ownership mindset: track impact post-release, flag regressions, and improve scope
- Team player with experience in squad-based work with PMs, Designers, and other stacks, fluent in English
