Overview

In this role you lead the EHS program at the Martorell JIT facility to ensure regulatory and company compliance. You collaborate with operators, supervisors, and site leadership to foster a proactive safety culture and reduce workplace risks. You drive continuous improvement through risk assessments, training, and incident investigations. You contribute to emergency preparedness and environmental integration in daily operations. Responsabilidades

- Coordinate and maintain the site's EHS program for regulatory and company compliance
- Conduct routine safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Lead job safety analyses and implement risk mitigation measures
- Deliver EHS training programs including onboarding and refreshers
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions with root-cause analysis
- Monitor EHS performance indicators and prepare compliance reports




- Partner with operations to implement safety improvements
- Support emergency drills and response plans
- Participate in safety committees and promote employee engagement
- Ensure environmental requirements are understood and integrated into daily operations

Requisitos principales
- Master's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, Environmental Health, or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in EHS roles within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices
- Experience with risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations
- Ability to influence, train, and advise employees and leaders on safe practices
