Overview

In this role you drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Time & Attendance digital solutions within Sanofi’s global footprint. You will own the Workday Absence domain and related regional systems, partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams to deliver compliant, scalable time tracking. You’ll lead change, oversee vendor partnerships, and continuously optimize HR platforms to support global operations. Responsabilidades
- Own product decisions for Time & Attendance applications across the general portfolio, including budget, requests, and prioritization
- Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management—leave, time off, and absence types for multiple countries
- Manage stakeholder relationships between HR, Legal, Payroll, and Digital teams with clear prioritization
- Oversee vendor partnerships with third-party time and attendance providers, SLAs, and contract negotiations
- Ensure compliance with local working time laws, labor regulations, collective agreements, and GDPR across supported countries




- Lead change management for system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process transformations with release notes and adoption monitoring
- Drive operational excellence via incident management, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement across HR platforms

Requisitos principales
- Proven experience in HR technology, time and attendance systems, or digital product management in multinational settings
- WD Pro certification: Workday Absence (and Core HCM prerequisite)
- At least one full-cycle Workday Absence implementation as an independent configuration consultant/SME
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM integrations and time-to-payroll data flows across multiple countries
- Tier 3 (L3) Support experience in Workday Absence domain
- Stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Finance, and IT in matrix organizations; vendor and SLA management
- Compliance knowledge of multi-country working time, directives, and data privacy frameworks
- Agile product management experience with backlog management and end-to-end lifecycle oversight
- Bachelor-level education plus required Workday certifications; English strong, French a plus
