Overview

In this founding role, you embed with R&D; teams to identify and automate repetitive manual work, using agentic AI where appropriate and simple scripting where reliable. You’ll shape end-to-end solutions that are maintainable by the teams you enable, with a path to leading a small AI-adoption team as the organization grows. The role emphasizes practical impact: freeing engineers to focus on high-value work and building trust through robust, handover-ready automations.
