Overview

In this role you ensure scalable, reliable cloud-native infrastructure as part of the Platform & Foundations teams. You will partner with cross-functional squads to optimize developer experience and automate operations around Kubernetes and data-centric environments. You’ll guide migrations to Kubernetes, improve IaC and CI/CD pipelines, and drive performance improvements. This is a chance to shape the platform that underpins large-scale digital products for enterprise customers.

Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure
- Design and manage the Kubernetes platform and observability tools
- Support workload migrations to Kubernetes and build scalable infrastructure solutions
- Improve Infrastructure as Code practices and CI/CD workflows (Terraform, Azure DevOps)
- Research, test,



and introduce new technologies to boost performance and efficiency
- Mentor and enable squads to manage their own services
- Ensure operational excellence through automation, monitoring, and proactive incident management

Requisitos principales
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as an SRE or DevOps Engineer
- Expertise with PaaS services in at least one major cloud provider (Azure preferred)
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and containerized workloads
- Solid understanding of observability stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, Opsgenie)
- Familiarity with message brokers (RabbitMQ or similar)
- Scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or similar
- Comfort with Linux systems and networking fundamentals
- Experience operating large-scale, complex cloud environments
