As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant, you will lead the technical deployment of cloud-based ServiceNow solutions for top-tier clients, from configuration to custom development. You’ll work remotely from Spain or Portugal, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable ITSM and integration projects. You’ll shape solutions across the full project lifecycle, emphasizing best practices, data integrity, and seamless integrations. This role offers high impact, continuous learning, and a clear growth path within a global, supportive team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platforms: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs
• Design and develop custom applications, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Create and optimize workflows, Flow Designer flows, and Service Catalog ITIL processes
• Develop and maintain Service Portal using HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and web tech
• Implement and support integrations via REST/SOAP, Integration Hub, JDBC
• Manage CMDB data, ensure CSDM compliance, and handle Import Sets/Transform Maps
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and Business Analysts to translate requirements into designs
• Conduct unit testing, support QA/UAT, and manage code migration using Update Sets/CI/CD




• Produce technical documentation and communicate solutions to mixed audiences
• Provide 2nd/3rd line ServiceNow support, resolving incidents and enhancements

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow development, configuration, and implementation across multiple modules
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• CAD or CIS certifications (CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITAM, CIS-SIR) - desired
• Strong JavaScript scripting ( GlideScript ), HTML, CSS
• Experience in ITSM, HAM/SAM, ITOM, or SecOps-SIR suites
• CMDB, CSDM, and data import/transform experience
• REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, JDBC experience
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP, Azure, Active Directory, Teams, Snowflake, Power BI - a plus
• ITIL-based ITSM knowledge
• Agile and DevOps experience
• Degree in Software Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• Excellent communication and fluent English (Spanish a plus)
