Experteer Overview
In this role you will build and own automated testing and tooling for customer-facing machine learning features, partnering with Engineering and Stakeholder teams. You will design scalable test plans and QA pipelines that support high-impact ML products across Services apps like Music and TV+. You thrive in ambiguity, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and aim for reliable, high-quality systems that scale to millions of users. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape automation infrastructure that underpins top-tier user experiences.

• Develop and maintain automated test frameworks, scripts, and tools for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
• Invent and evaluate novel methods for automating quality analysis of large ML products
• Investigate issues identified by automated tests and ensure accurate resolution




• Create systems for loss pattern analysis on issues detected via automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to achieve quality goals
• Design and implement scalable automated test plans for ML features across Music and TV+

Responsabilidades
• Strong fundamentals in Python or Java
• Experience with databases and SQL
• BSc in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Deep knowledge of QA test planning, bug lifecycle, and release strategies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating
• Understanding of Machine Learning and LLMs is preferred
• Experience developing in Python, Java or similar
• Driven self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and values integrity
