Responsabilidades
- Develop and refine innovative HVAC concepts using advanced calculation and simulation tools
- Prepare precise technical specifications and milestone plans for customer projects and R&D;
- Guide suppliers through design, manufacturing, and testing of HVAC components
- Drive design-to-cost initiatives to enhance system efficiency and competitiveness
- Organize and supervise air‑conditioning measurements and system optimizations on vehicles
- Coordinate with internal design and development teams to integrate HVAC into the train architecture
Requisitos principales
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Construction, or a comparable technical field
- Experience or strong knowledge in air conditioning and thermodynamics
- Proactive mindset with ownership of projects after onboarding
- Strong presentation skills for stakeholders
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally
