Overview

As Transformers Engineering Manager you lead the Córdoba factory’s Engineering function, ensuring on-time, high-quality transformer design and tender support. You will drive operational excellence, governance, and continuous improvement while developing a multidisciplinary team of engineers. You’ll steer digital transformation, standardization, and Design-to-Value initiatives to elevate engineering performance. This is a strategic leadership role that connects engineering with operations, supply chain, and customers to deliver value at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, and high performance
- Ensure timely, high-quality transformer order designs and quotations meeting customer, quality, and cost objectives
- Drive engineering governance, resource planning and capacity management to support growth and operations
- Manage engineering performance via KPIs,



productivity initiatives and standardization efforts
- Oversee engineering budgets and align resources with strategic priorities
- Champion deployment of engineering processes, tools and digital transformation to improve productivity
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales and customers to ensure alignment and delivery
- Promote compliance, safety and sustainability by embedding HSE, Design for Safety and Design Sustainability principles

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Engineering operations, manufacturing engineering or order execution
- Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Strong track record in performance management, cost control and KPIs
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
