About the Role
We are seeking on behalf our client, one of the Top Digital HUBs in Europe, an experienced and driven Squad Technical Lead (STL) to guide, inspire, and manage a team of engineers. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging learning, experimentation, and the adoption of new technologies or methodologies to enhance efficiency and productivity. Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify opportunities for growth and development.

Build a high-performing, well-balanced team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. Delivery Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards aligned with company best practices. Assign tasks and resources effectively to optimize team performance and meet project deadlines. Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project delivery or quality, making informed decisions to minimize potential issues.

Define and track key performance metrics like development velocity, code quality, and customer satisfaction to measure progress and drive improvements.

Maintain a deep understanding of the technology stack used by your team and lead technical discussions. Collaborate with senior leadership to define the technical roadmap, identifying key milestones and technical requirements.



Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams. Strong understanding of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with goal-setting, performance evaluations, and professional development.

Ability to manage risks and make data-driven decisions to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
