Overview

In this role you will lead the FP&A; cycle for the group, partnering with the CEO and ExCom to measure performance and support decision making. You will own budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow analysis across geographies, ensuring consistency with long-term projections and business plans. You will drive automation, improve data quality, and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leadership. This is an opportunity to shape financial planning in a capital-intensive energy portfolio and collaborate across Development, Construction, Operations and Asset Management.

Responsabilidades

- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast process, consolidating inputs and challenging assumptions
- Deliver monthly management report with variance analysis by asset and geography, highlighting drivers, risks and actions
- Refine and maintain Management P&L; and cost framework for comparability across assets/geographies
- Review cash flow forecasts, monitor debt service covenants, and perform scenario analysis
- Coordinate with Value Creation for alignment of budget, rolling forecasts and long-term projections
- Prepare financial input for presentations to CEO, shareholders, banks and rating advisors
- Act as finance partner to senior management across development, construction, operations and asset management
- Coordinate FP&A; activities across regional and country finance teams with consistent methodologies
- Improve FP&A; processes and tooling,



automate reporting, and strengthen data quality across systems and geographies
- Lead development of financial analytics, dashboards and BI reporting (ERP, Power BI, automation)

Requisitos principales
- 15+ years of FP&A; experience, including senior leadership roles
- Experience in multinational companies with multi-geography responsibility
- Proven track record working directly with executive management
- Ability to improve financial processes, implement reporting solutions and automate for efficiency
- Desirable: experience in energy, infrastructure, or capital-intensive sectors
- Strong financial and accounting knowledge; advanced Excel; SAP or comparable ERP; Power BI and financial planning tools
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration; MBA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA advantageous
- Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish; ability to lead discussions and present to international senior management
- Strong financial judgement and ability to identify material business issues
- Proven people management skills and ability to develop teams

- Clear communication to explain financial matters to non-finance executives
