A waste management facility located in Bunyola is looking for an operational Plant Supervisor to manage day-to-day activities on site. In this full-time, permanent position, you will oversee plant operations, material workflows, and team coordination to keep the facility safe, organized, and running efficiently.

In your daily work as a Plant Supervisor, you will lead key operational processes across the plant:

- Organize and coordinate the daily operational workflows and processing schedules of the facility.
- Control and inspect incoming materials upon delivery to verify their conformity and quality.
- Oversee the sorting, processing, and preparation of materials for dispatch to final waste managers.
- Lead and coordinate the staff on site, distributing daily tasks and supervising their execution.
- Ensure the proper use, routine inspection, and ongoing maintenance of plant machinery and facilities.
- Uphold environmental standards, operational quality, and occupational health and safety measures for staff, clients,



and external suppliers visiting the site.

To succeed in this position in Bunyola, you should bring proven experience in industrial operations and team leadership:
- Completed secondary education (ESO or equivalent school certificate).
- At least 24 months of practical experience in industrial production and/or plant maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and coordinating working teams in an operational setting.
- Your own vehicle to commute reliably to the workplace in Bunyola.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel at user level.
- Possession of a valid forklift operator license is highly valued.

You will join an established waste management operation offering solid and transparent conditions:
- Permanent contract (indefinido) offering long-term stability.
- Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 15:00, allowing for predictable working hours.
- Gross annual salary of €27,000, distributed across 12 monthly payments. xghoner
