Overview

In this role you join a growing IT team delivering cloud-based solutions across international projects. You will help administer and improve server and cloud systems, focusing on data integrity, availability, and security. You’ll drive IAM standardization, automation, and collaboration with stakeholders to optimize IT services. This is a people-centric, fast-growing environment with exposure to multiple technologies and integral colleagues. You will contribute to shaping secure, scalable identity management and IT infrastructure at Drees & Sommer.

Responsabilidades
- Actively participate in the System Administration Team
- Support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives, including ISO 27001 compliance
- Assist installation, configuration, and administration of server, storage, and backup systems
- Monitor availability, performance, and security of IT services and infrastructure
- Collaborate on Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra ID,



Microsoft 365, and Exchange
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for operational efficiency
- Contribute to IT infrastructure projects (migrations, expansions, optimizations)
- Create technical documentation and guidelines

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
- At least 3 years of professional IT experience
- Experience with Identity Management processes and application security
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
- Knowledge of Identity Management and access governance principles
- Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux Server environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud-based identity solutions
- Ability to work in cross-functional projects and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders

- High level of English (C1)
