As Senior Project Business Finance Controller, you partner with the Iberia Zone Solution Center to oversee project controlling, end-to-end financial processes, and governance. You safeguard financial integrity, steer Sub-P&L; performance, and drive reporting automation and continuous improvement. You provide actionable financial insights to improve margins, cash generation, and operational decisions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, operations and digitalization, enabling smarter capital allocation and risk management. You will work with cross-functional teams to support the company’s sustainability and efficiency ambitions.

Responsabilidades
- Lead end-to-end project controlling for strategic, high-impact deals and oversee the total portfolio with early risk and opportunity detection
- Own Sub‑P&L;, including provisions, gross margin management, and timely, accurate reporting; lead monthly close
- Drive upstream financial processes across multiple products,



ensure standardization, control, and scalability (including warranty management)
- Identify and implement digitalization and simplification opportunities in core financial workflows; support finance transformation with data quality and automation
- Design and implement new financial processes; map end-to-end processes; lead automation using tools like Power BI, Excel VBA, Salesforce, and AI-enabled solutions
- Act as a cross-functional finance reference point, translating business needs into practical, scalable solutions

Requisitos principales
- Fluent in Spanish and good English
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- Proven track record in owning and implementing finance processes with cross-functional collaboration with business and IT teams
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including VBA), Power BI, Tableau and Salesforce
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or controlling
