Overview

In this role you will provide legal advice on data protection and digital law, support the implementation and maintenance of compliance programs, and collaborate with stakeholders to set standards and controls. You will apply hands-on privacy and commercial law expertise to queries and projects, and draft or review contracts and policy wording. Based in Barcelona on a hybrid basis, you contribute to a proactive, cross-functional legal and compliance function. This is an opportunity to shape privacy and compliance across the business while delivering practical, high-quality guidance.

Responsabilidades
- Support and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders to agree content, minimum standards and controls
- Advise on policy application and control implementation




- Provide compliance and conduct guidance on queries and projects
- Apply privacy, data protection, and commercial law expertise
- Draft and review commercial contracts and policy wording

Requisitos principales
- Native German skills
- Excellent oral and written English
- Law degree
- Minimum of 2 years in compliance programmes (ideally GDPR) as in-house lawyer or at a reputable firm
- Experience in corporate compliance and data protection
- Strong problem-solving attitude with emphasis on quality
- Ability to work in a team and independently under tight deadlines
- Experience managing multiple matters simultaneously and prioritizing accordingly
