Overview

As Strategy & Business Operations Manager for AMOC INTL, you own the long-range planning and governance that scales four service pillars across regions. You’ll define multi-year roadmaps, coordinate executive narratives, and guide expansion into new markets. Your work connects pillars, hubs, and senior leadership to ensure proactive capacity, data governance, and consistent operating models. This role offers the chance to shape international operations in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.

Responsabilidades

- Own organization-wide strategy and planning across all pillars and regions, translating leadership direction into multi-year plans and roadmaps
- Lead country and market expansion initiatives with a repeatable launch model and go-live checklists
- Own cross-pillar data definitions and governance, establishing a single source of truth and standardized metrics
- Act as the connective tissue across BBM, PPM, P2P, and EVC, standardizing SOPs and operating models across hubs




- Coordinate stakeholder alignment and capacity planning with Finance, pillar leaders, and regional leaders to connect launches with headcount and gearing

Requisitos principales
- Knowledge of building codes and safety compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
- Experience in strategy, program/business operations, or planning at organization or multi-team scope
- Proven ownership of multi-year planning cycles and executive rhythm-of-business documents
- Strong written-narrative skills to synthesize cross-functional inputs into data-backed leadership materials
- Ability to influence and deliver across multiple teams and regions without direct authority
