Overview

In this role you ensure reliable data integration services across divisional facilities, coordinating with IT teams to maintain secure, up-to-date integration platforms. You’ll monitor service health, drive incident management, and lead improvements to data pipelines and interfaces with external partners. You’ll work closely with data engineers and solution architects to resolve data quality issues and enforce ITILv4-based service management. This is an opportunity to shape critical data flows in a multinational aerospace environment and strengthen our defense-grade data ecosystem.

Responsabilidades
- Monitor service health and incident management for data pipelines and objects via contracts
- Lead RCA for problems within your perimeter
- Manage patch deployment, including security papers validated by architects and security engineers
- Oversee EIS for Data Integration projects following established methodology
- Handle minor changes to data integration service flows via Change Requests




- Renew licenses and certificates for data integration platforms within your scope
- Serve as main point of contact to external service providers for operational activities
- Collaborate with data engineers and solution architects to resolve data quality issues and improve pipelines

Requisitos principales
- Over 5 years of relevant experience as DataOps Engineer or in operations management
- Experience with API-based services and cloud architecture; on-premises experience mandatory
- ITILv4 principles and hands-on service management
- Strong problem-solving methodologies (PPS, 5 Whys) and attention to detail
- Extensive Docker and Kubernetes experience for data isolation
- Experience translating business needs into reporting and documentation
- Experience querying and managing both relational and NoSQL databases
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins)
