In this role you ensure the financial integrity of our German operations, partnering with the Finance Director to link accurate reporting with daily execution. You own general accounting activities for the German entity and coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and consultants to file annual accounts and taxes. You will handle vendor invoices, accounting entries, and supplier payments while supporting VAT and intrastat compliance. You provide financial analysis, forecasting, and contribute to budgeting, working with cross-functional teams to drive accurate, timely insights. Responsabilidades
- Own financial integrity of German operations and connect reporting with day-to-day execution
- Manage General Accounting for the German entity
- Coordinate with Audit, Accountant, and Tax Consultants for annual accounts,



tax filings, and audit reports
- Process and check vendor invoices; manage supplier payments
- Interact with service providers for efficient operations
- Handle VAT declarations, INTRASTAT, and related tax requirements
- Perform clerical tasks and maintain records; communicate with customers as needed
- Provide financial analysis, forecasting, and support budgeting processes

Requisitos principales
- Accounting education with 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience, preferably in Germany
- General accounting knowledge
- Office administration experience and proficiency with standard office equipment
- Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and SAP
- Strong organizational skills and document management
- Proactive, approachable communicator who supports colleagues and external consultants
