We're hiring: Scientist – Surface Chemistry & Biosensing Bioherent | Málaga, Spain
We're looking for a hands‐on scientist with a background in materials science or chemistry and practical biosensor experience to help develop optical biosensing technologies for in vitro diagnostics.
What you'll do:
- Develop functional materials, surface coatings, and nanostructures for biosensing.
- Optimize surface functionalization and biomolecule immobilization, particularly on silicon substrates.
- Characterize materials and surfaces and investigate their effects on sensor sensitivity, background, stability, and reproducibility.
- Improve consistency between functionalization batches and support the
