Overview

In this role you drive on-site production coordination at TASL for the Make in India C295 program. You will lead a multifunctional team, manage risks and deviations from the production plan, and ensure contract obligations are fulfilled with a focus on safety, ethics, and quality. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal functions to deliver on-time, within cost, and at desired quality. This position offers impact through cross-functional leadership and advancing a strategic industrialization effort.

Responsabilidades

- Coordinate and prioritize Airbus activities to achieve the production plan at the TASL site
- Lead and align multifunctional teams to meet objectives and ensure sustainable communication
- Monitor contract fulfilment and CDRL milestones with suppliers
- Manage risk identification, mitigation plans, and reporting across TASL sites
- Support production control, material availability, and tooling/test equipment management




- Coordinate with subcontractors and internal Airbus functions (Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, MRB) to ensure smooth operations
- Drive operational excellence initiatives (ODE, FOD prevention, ECM-QA) and health and safety compliance
- Represent Airbus in site escalations and ensure ethical conduct and compliance
- Provide weekly production and KPI updates related to supplier evolution and plan adherence
- Support customer acceptance and delivery processes to maximize satisfaction
- Foster a One Team culture and maintain stakeholder relationships across MFTs
- Oversee on-site MFT competency, capability, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure readiness to handle pressure and complex technical challenges at TASL
