for a fully remote position. This senior leadership role is paramount in establishing and overseeing the organization's comprehensive compliance framework and internal audit functions. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced leader to shape compliance and audit strategies from a remote setting, driving integrity and operational excellence within a respected financial services firm. Develop, implement, and manage the company's overall compliance program and internal audit strategy. Oversee the execution of internal audit plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage of financial, operational,



and compliance risks. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employees at all levels. Advise senior management and the Board of Directors on compliance and risk management matters. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for compliance and audit functions. Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of internal controls. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Law, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Extensive knowledge of financial regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to the banking and finance industry. Demonstrated ability to manage teams and projects remotely.
