WHAT'S THE PROJECT? The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a general leader in customer experience, supporting one of the world's top online accommodation platforms. Based in Barcelona , you will join an international team operating in modern offices close to Glòries. You will receive 3 weeks of initial training and continuous personal coaching, while enjoying team activities, language lessons, and opportunities to grow your career in an exciting industry.
AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS? As a Customer Support Advisor, you will act as the key point of contact between international travellers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring high-quality service across every interaction.
Listen to, respond to, and mediate between international travellers and global accommodation suppliers
Clarify customer inquiries regarding service details, payments,



and technical requirements via phone and email
Identify customer needs quickly and deliver clear, accurate information following set processes
Handle customer issues efficiently with a focus on high satisfaction and problem resolution
Maintain structured records using internal CRM tools and digital platforms
OK, AND WHAT DO YOU NEED? C2 level in Icelandic and advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong user skills with Office 365, CRM databases, and web platforms
Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued
Affinity with online accommodation tools and platforms
Good communication, critical thinking, and structured problem-solving skills
