, you will act as the key point of contact throughout the customer project lifecycle, technical quotations, regular customer orders handling & order execution activities, and delivery follow-up. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, engineering experts, manufacturing sites, and operations teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience. This role combines technical customer support, project coordination, order management, and stakeholder communication within a specialized market focused on explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions.
