About the Role

We’re looking for a commercially driven and analytical Sales Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners within a fast-paced performance marketing business.

You’ll be responsible for a seven-figure annual revenue portfolio, building strong partnerships, negotiating commercial terms and using data to maximise performance and identify new business opportunities.

The Role

- Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners and existing accounts.

- Build long-term relationships and act as the main commercial point of contact.

- Analyse campaign performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities.

- Negotiate commission structures, payouts, budgets and commercial agreements.

- Prospect, qualify and onboard new advertisers.

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaigns and drive revenue.





- Attend industry events and partner meetings to strengthen relationships.

About You

- Experience in account management within the affiliate marketing industry.

- Proven experience managing revenue-generating portfolios and negotiating commercial terms.

- Strong analytical skills and confidence using spreadsheets and BI tools.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

- Highly organised, commercially minded and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

- Fluent in both German and English.
