A social sector organisation based in Palma is currently hiring a driver for its adapted transport service. In this position, you will play an essential role in supporting the daily mobility, independence, and care of individuals with physical limitations across Mallorca.

Your daily responsibilities will centre around safe and dignified passenger transit:

- Driving adapted vehicles of up to 9 seats dedicated to transporting individuals with reduced mobility.
- Executing designated pickup and return routes for centre users according to the established scheduling.
- Ensuring passenger comfort, physical safety, and personal well-being throughout every journey.
- Collaborating with auxiliary staff to assist passengers during boarding and disembarking using approved lift platforms, ramps, and certified wheelchair anchorage systems.
- Promptly reporting any vehicle maintenance needs, route adjustments, or user incidents to the coordination team.

To be considered for this position,



you must meet the following profile requirements:
- Mandatory secondary education certificate (ESO / Graduado Escolar or equivalent qualification).
- Valid Class B driving licence.
- A minimum of 6 months of driving experience, with prior experience in operating adapted transport vehicles considered an asset.
- An official disability certificate equal to or exceeding 33%.
- Catalan language proficiency at level B1.
- Basic computer literacy and office software knowledge are positively valued.

You will join an inclusive, purpose-driven work environment in Palma de Mallorca. The position offers a 12-month temporary employment contract that is renewable, providing stability and meaningful community work. You will work on a part-time basis from Monday to Friday between 13:00 and 17:00, allowing you to maintain a predictable weekday schedule with free evenings and weekends. xqbhyrx The compensation corresponds to a gross annual salary of €8,973.50, paid across 12 monthly installments with extra payments already included.
