FAIN seeks a hands-on HR Tech & Automation Leader to drive a general HR transformation, evolving processes to be more digital, automated and data-driven. You will lead SAP SuccessFactors rollouts across countries, reengineer Hire-to-Retire processes, and accelerate automation and digitalization of HR workflows.
You will translate HR needs into scalable SuccessFactors solutions, collaborate with Corporate HR, local teams, Payroll and IT, and build Power BI dashboards to deliver actionable insights
