Virtualisation Administrator – Onsite in Valencia or Remote Within Southern and Easter Europe – Initial 6-Month Contract Our client, an international IT service provider, is seeking a Virtualisation Administrator to join them as a contractor, with the option to work onsite in Valencia or remotely in Southern & Eastern Europe locations. Starting at an initial 6-month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.
What you’ll deliver: Install and maintain VMware and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
Perform VMware lifecycle patching and approved configuration changes.
Monitor the health and performance of virtual machines and hosts.
Tune environments and proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.




Troubleshoot virtualization issues and resolve incidents and problems.
Key requirements: Extensive relevant experience supporting and operating enterprise virtualization infrastructure
Proven experience installing and troubleshooting VMware vSphere and VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments.
Experience with VMware VCF, including VCF Operations and VCF Automation core components.
Strong scripting and automation skills using tools such as Python, PowerShell, Terraform, or Ansible.
Professional proficiency in English.
