What will you do? Monitor quality processes and customer interactions to ensure compliance with standards.
Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and conduct root cause analysis.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with Quality, Operations, and other stakeholders to drive improvement initiatives.
Provide feedback and reports on quality performance and key trends.
Maintain quality documentation, reporting standards, and data accuracy.
What are we looking for? Fluency in at least one co-official language of Spain: Catalan, Valencian, Galician, or Basque .
Advanced English proficiency.
A bachelor's degree in a related field, with 2-4 years of experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong organizational skills, initiative,



and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Professionalism and the ability to build effective working relationships.

Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 3.500 euros gross/year in bonus
