Maintain and optimize the current Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment, carrying out configurations and developments within Business Central to reduce and optimize reliance on third-party providers for common and recurring tasks Analyze the operational processes of each business area (Finance, Operations, Sales, Logistics and Production) and advise on the best way to implement them within the ERP Resolve first-level incidents and coordinate complex developments and integrations with the company's technology partner Manage the setup and onboarding of new legal entities into the existing Business Central environment, including simple data migrations and specific configurations Design and develop reports, dashboards and data models in Power BI / Microsoft Fabric according to the needs of the different business areas In collaboration with the Finance and Operations departments, design and configure financial and operational reporting (Sales, Production and Logistics) using BI tools Act as the link between business and technology,
