We are bringing on a full-time Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives within Fluidra. The professional will manage several corporate projects simultaneously, including Salesforce-related initiatives, coordinating business, technical teams, and suppliers, and ensuring deadlines, scope, quality, and budget are met. * End-to-end management of technology projects.
* Coordination of multidisciplinary and international teams.
* Monitoring of schedules, risks, dependencies, and budget.
* Reporting to stakeholders and management.
* Management of Salesforce initiatives and other corporate technology areas.

* At least 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
* Proven experience managing complex IT projects.
* Advanced level of English (minimum B2/C1), with the ability to hold meetings and negotiations with international teams.
* Proactive and results-oriented profile.
* Sufficient technical knowledge to understand architectures, developments, integrations, and common technical issues in IT projects.
* Availability to work on-site in Sant Cugat del Vallès 2 to 3 days per week.
* Будет плюсом: Experience in Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or the CRM ecosystem);
* Experience inmultinational companies;
* PMP, Prince2,Scrum Master, or similar certifications;
