Working Hours
CET We are looking for an experienced SAP IS-U Customer Management Functional Consultant to support business processes, functional enhancements and ongoing delivery within an SAP Utilities environment. This is a fully remote freelance opportunity for a Spanish-speaking consultant based anywhere in Europe, working Spanish business hours.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and enhance SAP IS-U Customer Management processes.
* Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
* Configure and optimise relevant SAP IS-U functionality.
* Work with technical teams and developers to deliver system enhancements.
* Support functional testing, defect resolution and user acceptance testing.




* Troubleshoot process and system issues and recommend improvements.
* Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational requirements. Required Experience
* Strong hands-on SAP IS-U functional consulting experience.
* Knowledge of SAP Utilities Customer Management processes.
* Experience with requirements gathering, functional design and configuration.
* Ability to support testing, troubleshooting and system enhancements.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
