* Ensure that any sensitive data (customer data, credentials, secrets) is handled, stored, and transmitted securely

* Apply the least privilege principle when managing accesses, roles, and permissions within systems and code
* Participate in periodic security training sessions provided by the company




* Follow secure version control practices (Git), including code review, approval workflows, and avoiding the exposure of sensitive data in the codebase
* Report any suspected security incident, vulnerability, or breach in line with Loyal Guru's incident response procedure
* Collaborate with the Security and DevOps teams to implement automated security controls in the CI/CD pipeline

* You have solid experience writing REST APIs
* You have a solid understanding of SQL having strong working experience with its mainline database: PostgreSQL
* You've previously worked with serverless technologies
* Experience applying TDD and working with Clean Code principles
* Previous experience as a Software Engineer in a product company preferably
* Working with GIT and the command line is on your daily basis and you understand the benefits of working in a Continuous Deployment environment
* You have in-depth knowledge and work experience with OO languages on the server side, preferably Ruby or Golang
