About the Job Allianz Technology is looking for a Strategic Comms Expert to join the Strategy & Regional Communications team within Global Communications and Reputation team. Based in Barcelona, this global role coordinates and implements communications for AI initiatives across Allianz Technology and Allianz's other Operating Entities worldwide. The current focus is AI tool rollout and AI-native ways of working, with communications enabling behavioral change and skill development. You will own how employees experience and adopt new AI capabilities, keeping responsible use and governance central to every message. What you do
* Design and lead the communications strategy for AI adoption across Allianz Technology and Allianz's other Operating Entities, including AI tool rollout and the shift to AI-native ways of working. Partner with general communications,



change management and key stakeholders, and manage the plan from scoping through delivery and measurement.
* Connect activities to Allianz Technology's strategy and transformation agenda, using storytelling to show employees why the change matters and how their actions contribute.
* Drive AI adoption within the Communications and Reputation team by scaling initiatives from Allianz Technology teams and Allianz Group.
