The Regional Proposal Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end proposal process across DP World's logistics business, ensuring high-quality, competitive submissions that align with customer requirements and company objectives. The position plays a key role in securing new business opportunities, supporting customer retention, and contributing to the growth of the organization.

Ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality, competitive proposals, mainly for Global Key Accounts, in close collaboration with the Lead Tender Manager and/or Bid Owner. Supporting the preparation and submission of compliant, professionally structured proposals within customer-defined deadlines, excluding pricing content. Coordinating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, IT, Product, and other subject matter experts to gather and align proposal content.

Ensuring compliance with proposal management processes, guidelines, and internal standards. Supporting the implementation and rollout of proposal management software across the team. Maintaining and updating the Content Management System used for tender management. University degree in business administration, economics, logistics, or a related field. At least 3 years of relevant professional experience (tender management)



with a solid business understanding, including basic financial awareness and sound commercial judgment.

Previous experience in the logistics & supply chain industry, knowledge of global forwarding operations, and the broader freight and customer landscape would be considered advantages. Fluency in English is a must. Good understanding of how AI and digital tools can support smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working. Agile approach to work, with flexibility, curiosity, and a proactive attitude toward new ideas, challenges, and ways of improving processes.
