You will drive operational excellence, support business growth, and lead continuous improvement initiatives while fostering a safe and high-performance culture.You will report directly to the Plant Manager and be based in Vilanova i la Geltrú, Barcelona (Spain). The role requires close collaboration with Production, Procurement, Customer Service, Finance, and other key stakeholders across the business. A day in the life of a Supply Chain Manager can look likeManage production planning in close cooperation with manufacturing teams to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Coordinate raw material requirements and availability with Procurement to guarantee uninterrupted production.Lead finished goods inventory management, including ABC analysis, reorder points, safety stock levels, and inventory optimization strategies.Define and monitor inventory targets and service level objectives.Manage order book and backorder performance in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams.Monitor, analyze, and report key supply chain KPIs, developing action plans and countermeasures where required.Lead the monthly Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP)



process.Drive warehouse excellence across receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations.Establish and monitor warehouse performance metrics to improve productivity and service.Manage freight performance and transportation costs, ensuring optimal service and cost efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team through recruitment, training, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.Drive operational excellence programs, standardization, and cost-saving initiatives across the supply chain function.Contribute to strategic initiatives that support sustainable growth and long-term operational performance.
