Sanofi is seeking a Product Manager for Immunology Alliance (Gastroenterology) to own the multi-year brand strategy and execution in Barcelona/Madrid. You will collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Sales and General Marketing to maximize impact and align with corporate objectives.
You will lead cross-functional teams, develop promotional materials, supervise the A&P; budget, and build relationships with KOLs and patient groups to strengthen brand positioning and drive ROIs.
