In this role, you’ll provide world-class customer service and technical support for a fast-growing start-up in the Norwegian market. Your main focus will be to help customers solve their issues and deliver excellent service via phone and email. Your Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and support, both individually and as part of a team Deliver high-quality solutions through clear communication and analytical troubleshooting, coordinating with customers and installers Handle confidential information with care and professionalism Maintain a high standard of service and quality in all interactions Manage inquiries via phone and email
