As a

Freelance Integrated Marketing Manager

, you will own the strategy and execution of integrated campaigns across Toloka’s priority audience driving demand across the offering portfolio. You will determine how we surround that audience with the story across content, paid media, events, field marketing, lifecycle, social,



partnerships, PR, and sales activation and turn attention into meaningful commercial outcomes. You will build campaign strategy, orchestrate teams and agencies, personally execute where needed, measure performance, and continuously optimize based on what is working. Drive enterprise pipeline through coordinated ABM, content, events, paid, executive engagement, and outbound Maximize channel performance across events, paid media, web, email, social, and other campaign channels Test, learn, and scale by continuously optimizing audiences, messaging, creative, offers, and conversion paths 6+ years of B2B marketing experience owning integrated demand-generation programs ~ Experience marketing technical products, ideally AI, ML, developer tools, data, cloud, or enterprise software ~ Experience marketing to technical audiences across channels including paid, events, content, ABM, and lifecycle ~ To learn how we collect, use, disclose, and store personal data, check out our Privacy Notice. #
